Abstract
서 론
일반적으로 autosomal disorder로 알려진 Cleido-cranial dysplasia는 1766년 Norand에 의
해 처음 기술되었고 그 당시에는 Cleidocranal dysostosis로 불리었다. 그러나 단지
membranous bone외에도 전체 골격 (예 ;vertebral column, chest pelvis, bones of digits,
long bones)에 영향을 끼치는 질환으로 알려지면서 1897년 Marie & Sainton에 의해 처음으
로 Cleidocranial dysplasia로 기술되었다.
CCD는 아직까지 원인이 알려지지 않은, 드문 증후군의 하나로 주로 하나 혹은 양측성의
clavicle aplasia와 여러 두개봉합의 골화지연, 그리고 치아이상 등을 그 특징으로 한다

Cleidocranial dysplasia(CCD), which is accepted as an autosomal disorder, is a
generalized disorder of bone with severe dental abnormalities.
Among the most characteristic anomalies seen are hypoplasia of clavicles or aplasia of
clavicles, permanant non-ossification of cranial sutures & fontanels, delayed eruption of
the permanant dentition & the presence of unerupted supernumerary teeth.
CCD may first be noted by dentist because of many dental problems, so we should
diagnose the disorder earlier & understand the development of dentition in CCD to
ensure timely intervention with proper perionic dental X-ray.
